they took care of everything. they dealt with my insurance comp directly... there was a minor problem with the installation and when i pointed it out to them, they went over and beyond to rectify the problem... all they cared about was that i was satisfied.. these guys are TRULY PROFESSIONAL... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM
