Went in for a stone chip - took less than 20 minutes - Sera got back to me with a Quote right away and helped to get my insurance to cover the cost. Great that they are open on Saturdays for appointments and seem to charge a much more reasonable rate compared to other auto glass places as quotes from other places were much higher.

It's been over a month since I had windshield replaced. Wanted to test the windshield before giving any feedback. The windshield is still holding on great. Had good experience dealing from the customer service to the manager/ (owner?? )I guess. . I was informed that the probability of sensor for lane changes not working at 10%, and a need for calibration after few days if the sensors didn't work, costing me extra $200-$300. I have a Honda Accord, and out of 10 accords, 1 might need calibration. Fortunately, my sensors are working, and no need for calibration. I would highly recommend them. Good customer service. Open on Saturdays. And the best part: the price. Half or more than half what the competitors quoted. Thanks Auto Glass Pro.

My windshield was badly broken around 4:40pm and I immediately called Bishal, they were about to close the shop by 5, next day I had to travel, understanding my situation he managed to arrange the glass and staff. and in 15 mins I was there at his shop, and got it fixed. Great service and empathetic towards customers.

After a side window was shattered during a break-in, I searched all over the Toronto area to have it repaired. Auto Glass Pro had the window available and took me in on short notice. They replaced the window quickly allowing me to get back on the road to Halifax quickly. Great price, awesome and friendly staff. My thanks to them and my highest recommendation.

I got a stone chip yesterday on my Mustang, I called this morning and they were able to squeeze me in without an appointment at 1 o’clock it took about 35 minutes, the manager was very knowledgeable presenting me with a lot of options with different price points. They did my Tesla windshield repair. It was a stone chip with the start of a crack. The tech explained everything in advance and told me there will still be a small mark after. I was impressed I had to look for it after and it barely looks like a scratch. It was done quickly and every person there was nice to deal with.

Scheduled an Appointment to get my Windshield replaced. I was told that they had the Windshield in-stock. Got a call later in the Day after the car was Dropped talking about how the Windshield was Defective and that another one was coming later in the Day. I really appreciate the call not being there you could expect them to put the defective one in for their Money. It wasn't about that. It was about the quality of their Craft. When I went to pick up my car their Technicians also showed me a Video of the quality of the windshields housing and certain things I could do to remedy. Really appreciate you guys best foot forward always!

From calling the front desk to getting my appointment scheduled and having my repair done; This was all a seamless and easy process. I had been so unhappy with the service or lack of service in the automotive industry and then I cracked the windshield in my Mercedes s450. I was so upset I could only imagine what that was going to cost me as I was not going to use my insurance. I called a friend of mine and he recommended Auto Glass Pro. I called the repair center and was greeted with the upmost professionalism they gave me a quote that afternoon once they had my serial number. The price shocked me as it was far less than I expected. I gave them the go ahead they called me the next day to come in and have my windshield replaced. I arrived at 11 am was greeted by Kisha the owner who's service was outstanding. I was worried about scratches or glass pieces inside Kasha told me they would take great care of my S450, and great care they did, Kisha introduced me to Bishal who took the time to explain their procedure by now I was very comfortable I sat in the waiting area watched TV and before I knew it my car was finished and I was on my way. My faith has been restored in the automotive industry thx to Kisha and her team there was no mess inside and my paint was perfect. I had a great experience in first ever windshield replacement. I had to wait as the windshield that I told over the phone was different one than the one installed in my Kia Sorento. So it took around 30 mins to get the new windshield from the warehouse. My back window was destroyed when the trunk lid got caught by the wind when I opened the trunk. This was on Good Friday. All the "big" auto glass places were closed until Monday but Auto Glass Pro was open Sat and fixed the back window fast and efficient. About half the price of what Speedy Autoglass was going to charge me for the same job and they wanted my car there for up to four hours. I was a walk into Auto Glass Pro regarding my windshield replacement and was welcomed by Kasha. She gave me a patient hearing and was able to provide extremely knowledgeable and professional advice. My Mercedes E-350 had a large crack in the windshield. Auto glass pro staff were professional, courteous, provided the best price and top quality replacement and had me back on the road quick. I have had no issues since the replacement and would highly recommend using their services.

I was pricing out a new windshield with rain sensor and initially requested a quote from Speedy Glass and their offer was $1100 plus taxes. I used Auto Glass Pro's online quote feature and received a quote within the hour and their price was $399.99 plus taxes, with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Amrit was able to schedule me in the following day and within an hour I had a new windshield installed.

Had my windshield replaced with them and I am totally satisfied. They were on time and even finished before the estimated time of 1.5-2 hours. Price was reasonable, car was clean afterwards, and there were no issues after installation (though I appreciate them warning me ahead of time that there was a small chance my windshield sensors would require calibration). A stone hit my windshield yesterday and caused a bullseye chip. Because it was right in front of the driver's side it distracted me. I called Auto Glass Pro after reading the good reviews and saw them the same day. They determined it could be repaired so I wouldn't need a whole new windshield. The work was fast and the techs were really sweet - they even cuddled my dog a bit through the window. They were done in about ½ hour and the chip almost disappeared - small enough to no longer be a bother while driving. They handled the insurance so it was literally free to me. Very pleased.

I highly recommend this place if you’re having any issues with your windshield. I had just driven back from BC and when I got into the GTA, (of course) a small rock on the 401 cracks my windshield. I was distraught because I didn’t have a job yet, but now had to repair my windshield which had cost $900 a couple of years ago. The staff is professional, amazing, friendly and just an overall wholesome group. I brought my pup and he bonded enough with her she would have gone with him. Me and my father recently had both of our trucks windshields replaced here and were very happy with the service. Staff were polite and knowledgeable. Our windshields were replaced within an hour each no delays and they look perfect. My trucks interior and exterior were also clean after the installation.

Had a great experience here with my Infiniti windshield replacement. I had an unexpected day off from work and called them in the morning for a quote. They were able squeeze me in in the afternoon and replaced my windshield in an hour! Good and efficient service! The boss man was super friendly and helpful. They dealt with my insurance directly and covered the out of pocket cost/deductible for a high quality aftermarket windshield(with rain sensor). Everything is great so far. I hope I’d never have another cracked windshield but I will definitely refer my friends to this shop!

Top notch service!! WAY better than hoped for, after 1st calling another well advertised company. I initially called a competitor who advertises extensively on radio, expecting good things from them. Their computer system was down, would take an hour or so to get back up, they thought. I asked, "when you're back up and running, would you have my (common make, model) windshield in stock & be able to install same day?" I was going out of town next day. No, they would have to order the glass in, for a 1 day or so delay. So I called Auto Glass Pro. YES they had my windshield in stock, and had an appointment set up for within the hour! Super professional front counter gal, and excellent work done in a fast turnaround situation that allowed us to get away on an uninterrupted vacation, the first in many months! I had my windshield replaced earlier this afternoon and I must say I am very pleased with the service I was given. Last week I reached out to Auto Glass Pro Mississauga for a quote for my Mini Cooper. Less than 24 hours later I received a response. There was a bit of back and forth through email, due to my numerous questions. The employee was very friendly and answered all my questions fully and quickly. I managed to book an appointment on the date and time I wanted. Today I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and they began working on my vehicle the moment I handed my keys over. The employee at the counter gave me their WIFI information when she found out I’d be waiting for my car- I didn’t even have to ask. I was told the windshield replacement could take up to 2 hours- I was out of there in less than an hour. Overall, very pleased with my experience today. Wow! A chip in the windshield turned into a crack and I was concerned that this type of repair would cost $1000+. I called the first place I found online closest to me and was able to book an appointment the next day. They said it would take 2 hours... the job was completed within 90 minutes and the owner of the business came out to thank me personally.... and at a ⅓ the cost I was expecting... From the phone call for the quote, to the service desk representative when I arrived, all the way to the owner that personally took his time to ensure I was happy with the service. No calibration was need for the front camera either. The job took about 2 and a half hours which was fast for glass replacement. I called this shop to inquire about a windshield replacement. Bichelle, (hope I spelled it correctly) was very pleasant and honest . The price he quoted me was much more reasonable than other places. He was patient with all my questions and answered thoroughly. The shield was replaced promptly in 2 hours as he said it would. While waiting, the secretary was very pleasant as well. Overall, this company has very nice employees . I would definitely go back.

They exceeded my expectation, I should have gone there earlier and save money on repair. I believe it's an aftermarket replacement, hence the lower price. Very good quality though, way better than my previous damaged one. I was surprised to see their office observing the pandemic safety measure. They have social distancing markers and glass dividers for their office staff. Face mask is also required, didn't expect them to be part of "essential services". They kept working during this COVID-19 period. You can actually get a quote online from their website. Or call them if you're in a hurry for a quick repair. Per appointment, took me less than two hours from drop-off to drive-off. That's on a weekday late morning, maybe sometimes they get busy too. Or if your car have built-in safety camera, will probably take much longer. I drove off with the top of the windshield still taped to the car. I was instructed not to power-wash within 24 hours. And tapes can be removed after a day. Waited a week before posting this review, so far windshield still in great shape. Communicated with the team about some debris I found in the driver's seat. I recommended they power vacuum after repairs. Mine was just a long crack so I did not find pieces of glasses, only some black rubber stuff. If you have a badly damaged windshield, you have to double-check for your own safety. Uploaded as well photos of my newly installed windshield. Got a 360 photo of the inside too, showing crystal clear new windshield and rear-view mirror put-back professionally. Will update this post if ever I find something wrong. For now, very happy with the new windshield product and service. Cheers!

After a rock from the highway left a crack across my windshield, I called around for quotes. I decided to go with Auto Glass Pro as they had good reviews and provided me with a reasonable quote by going through my insurance. They were friendly and professional, and were able to book me in on the same day. Replacement took about 2.5 hrs and I was able to walk around to grab lunch nearby during that time.

Went to these guys today to have my old 2006 Audi windshield replaced and they were extremely nice from beginning to end. Very professional, on time and gave me a discount by going through my insurance instead of having me pay for it myself. Highly recommend!

I had a massive crack on my mini cooper. promptly ordered glass and had it scheduled the next day. the exterior plastic A-pillar cover broke during removal (an area prone to this). They contacted bmw-mini and had a new replacement piece all covered and at no cost to me. Sincere and honest folk - this is the way to run a service. These guys have best customer service desk there. And they provide lifetime warranty and it is worth it to have. I did not even have lifetime warranty as there was a lot of rust around my windshield but I went back to ask them to fix something and they happily did it and ask me if I find any other problem with it then I can always go back and get it fixed.

This is the best auto service shop I have ever been to. A dime a dozen auto service shops are off to make a quick buck off you, but Auto Glass Pro not only wants to save you money, but give you the best service possible. Geoff, the manager there, treats you like his own, explains the issue in simple terms, and very thoroughly explains the solution and the reason behind it. The folks at the front desk are pleasing to deal with as well. They make appointment making easy and accommodating, and always greet you with a smile. I have a 2016 volkswagen GTI that was sold to me with a broken rain sensor and shoddily fixed rearview mirror resulting in the rearview mirror coming off and dangling off the windshield while I was in the middle of a highway. This is common issue in volkswagen cars that have their windshields replaced, very few auto glass shops know how to fix the rearview mirror like the OEM. When I took it to Geoff, he identified the issue, was upset on my behalf that I was sold a car with a shoddily fitted rearview mirror and broken rain sensor, and fixed it for me at a very reasonable price. I thanks my stars for having found Auto Glass Pro. I highly highly recommend them!

Through the summer I noticed a defect in the glass (slight warp) and two weeks ago the trim started to separate. This had nothing to do with the install and was a defect in the glass itself. Best price in town!! Came and left in a hour for my mistake to knock the blade off the raised arms whilst clearing ice outside bottom of glass and slapped an arm down right on the glass. Came in here by google search and a phone call. Very, very nice people! Worth your time to wait for a new windshield glass, guaranteed!

RICK was great and very friendly! I called to inquire about a stone chip that turned into a crack overnight and he told me to come in for a quote. Upon arriving he quoted the damage and even said if he had the glass he would fix it then and there. (They fortunately did) I said that I would pay through card as appose to insurance as I’m unsure how insurance works and Rick called my insurance company and set up everything and gave me a discount with my deductible and saved me about $200. The whole replacement took about an hour and when the procedure was complete I noticed a small scratch on my new windscreen when it was suppose to be brand new. I called Rick and he said to come in and he would check it out the next morning. He then set up an appointment for me to get another brand new windscreen even though the scratch could have been filled in with resin. The staff also allowed me to inspect the new glass prior to installation so the previous incident wouldn’t happen again. JEFF, another employee was handling me this next day and made sure my wait in the waiting room was comfortable by giving me wifi, suggesting coffee stops or asking me if I would like to flip through the Apple TV. The staff are very friendly and the wonky downside is the location is a bit hard to find as it is in the back. However no complaints on the staff or cleanliness of the store! Definitely would recommend!

I called in, I got a quote, I booked an appointment, I went in, and he fixed my window within an hour at the price he said he was going to do it at, at the time that we had booked. No fooling around - you want your window/windshield fixed, you give these guys a call.

It's been a week since they replaced my cracked windshield, and I have no complaints. I will note the technicians got some small streaks of epoxy on my glass, but after pointing it out they cleaned it up right away. Great service and great pricing.

My experience today with Auto Glass Pro was amazing. The moment I arrived they greeted me with open arms and took care of my situation in a matter of minutes. Akad and Philip are the two workers who replaced my windshield and I have to say that it was the best job I have seen so far and they finished in a matter of 30 minutes. Once the job was completed I stepped into Amani's office (secretary/customer service) and she had the receipt ready for signing and asked me how was the job done and if I am satisfied. I personally don't think this is necessary, but I understand and appreciate the fact that they want to make things right. I had no qualms recommending them before, even with my experience. However, I had to lower my rating because I found a lot of broken shards in my car, especially on my front passenger seat. There's now a couple of scratches on my leather because of them. They're not deep thankfully, but they're plainly visible. I also had to throw away a mask and 2 pairs of work gloves, but that was my fault for leaving them on the seat. I would still recommend Auto Glass Pro because they did such a great job with the installation, and their prices are fair and transparent. But be aware they won't protect your upholstery or do a thorough clean up job after the installation is complete. Also, don't leave articles of clothing where shards of glass can fall on them. Had a smooth experience with this location. The staff is very courteous and friendly and provides you with lots of information from the beginning. The service was fast and they did good work. The receptionist was wonderful and very helpful! Definitely recommend it!

I was recommend to go here. Thankfully, I was able to get a last minute appointment. They were quick, job seems to be holding up pretty well with no leaks.

Needed to go back for a second treatment. ??? But they checked it out and it looks better now.

The service was fast. However the stone cheap continue to grow. A little bit disappointing. Though the sales rep warned me that they couldn't guarantee.

Rick is very professional Cons Mechanics; I had a small chip. i saw multiple videos on YouTube how well people fix it that kinda looks like its light transparent scratch. the job they did came out to be a small black dot which I hate. I wish there was a little more caution so that resin didnt burn and leave a black dot. I didnt wanted to be rude so paid and walked out. what's done is done..

They quoted a price that got me in the door and there was an add on when I got there. Still decent price. I ask if they had mobile service and they said no but on their advertised van when I got there said mobile service right on it. They also gave me an appointment.. I advised them I would have my small daughter with me they told me it would take an hour. I was there almost 2 waiting. If the wait time are going to be that long they may want to consider better seating and quick wipe down and coat of paint in the waiting hallway. I give them 3 stars for the price and netflix everything else was disappointing to me.

I had my car window smashed recently in a car robbery and when I called around to mechanics and even Speedy, nobody was able to fit me in for days or would take multiple days to order in the parts. Auto Glass, however, booked me in the same day and promptly replaced my window for a good price. The only downside is that the vacuuming job of the glass wasn’t as great as I hoped (as pictured between seats and on car mat) but for the price and for the kind and speedy service, it’s hardly something a quick vacuuming can’t fix. Edit: a lot more glass (not pictured) was behind my driver’s seat and I was even cut on a shard of tiny glass left on my seat. The door of the window I had fixed continues to rattle with remaining pieces of glass that weren’t properly cleaned out of the door. When I called to inquire about bringing it back for a better clean, Jeff didn’t take kindly and was quite condescending. In hindsight, I would’ve preferred to go with Speedy, paying a little extra and waiting a few more days for a job properly done.

Thought i was going to save a little, ended up spending twice as much for a poorly done job, even after the second visit.

Called for a quote to fix a chip in my windshield ... they tell me $40. Confirm at the front desk when I arrive now it’s $50. Paid the $50 because I’m not in a mood to bicker over $10. Was curious, so asked employee in the back who actually did the repair to confirm standard cost for this job and he says $40. I guess the guy up front sized me up and figured he could milk another $10 out of me?They were fast, and stayed open past 5pm so plus for that. Place was very “no frills” / run down and ambiguity over the price of a standard repair that they do all the time is a big minus.

Went there as I had a stone chip on the windshield.....the owner asked that he stopped getting limo guys..... And after that i waited 30 mins ...outside ..noboby came so I had to leave......i guess he got the answer why limo guys are not going here as we are limited with time....so in a slow day we can't miss our orders which are few.... Rather will go somewhere else ...

Went there couple of months ago to replace my windshield. After replacement it was making some squeeky sound as it was not sitting right. I went back and they agreed to replace it again. It was still making noise after 1-2 days, went back, they worked on it, 2 days later noise came back again. After 4th visit that noise was gone. I had to go in between my work to drop off and pickup all the time. It was a hassle for around 2 weeks.

Had a small stone chip in my windshield, came here to fix it, and when they were done, it looked exactly the same as before. Usually you can tell that it's filled in but not this time. I didn't think anything of it until the next day my windshield started cracking. What a waste of $90. Yes I know filling doesn't work 100% of the time, but this time I could tell it was rushed with no effort.

Took the car for a minor rock chip repair. Left with a longer crack on my windshield. Never use their services for windshield repair. Don't fall for the reviews. Everything went great. Spoke to the person at the counter. She explained how the process is done and the technician said it would not disappear but would look much better. Once the job was done. I noticed a long crack on my windshield and all this guy had to say was it happens and he walked away and everyone around me who were there to take care of you from the start disappeared. I left thinking it would be okay. Later I noticed it's actually a deep long crack once the light started falling on it. I called back and informed them. They asked me to send pictures which I did. However they stopped answering calls after that. Don't fall for the professionalism they show initially. I hope this helps some of you atleast. I have attached pictures of the initial stone chip and how they made it much worse.

They say their workers have never been trained to talk to customers but good at work. Arrogance prevails at their workshop and they do not care for business..I was there to replace my windscreen. The workers had no respect for customers and they will ask you to leave the bay immediately without listening to you and behave as if you are doing a blunder. I had valuables in my car and they did not give me a chance to tell them. I had to stop them work on my car and had to leave the place. I had my car's windscreen fixed at Anand Motors, 8 Strathearn Ave., Brampton.,with warranty and cheaper than AutoPro. Anand Motors are Professionals.

LOL the most unprofessional, uneducated auto glass place you can go too. They don’t use the right urethane for your windshield, they don’t let it sit long enough. I’ve had multiple customers come up too me and say that it was the worst experience they went threw getting a windshield done by them. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

Emailed for quotes, got a reply for VIN, then they stopped responding. Tried calling, they asked for VIN again and said they'll call back in 15 mins. I called back in 1 hr, they said it'll be two days for the quote instead. They have yet to call me back after 1.5 weeks

Had a small stone chip. Resin was injected and left two bubbles in the chip. Later, the resin popped out. Now I have to get myself back to the shop to deal with along for a refund/rework.

If you're reading this, you're in luck because you're still deciding whether or not you want to take a chance with Auto Glass Pro. Like you, I also checked the reviews before bringing my vehicle in. Even though there were a few negative reviews, I weighed the positive reviews vs. negative and decided to give Auto Glass Pro a chance. Big Mistake. Read this review if you don't want to make the same mistake I made. I brought my Lexus ES350 to have the windshield replaced. Initially, things were going well. My insurance agreed to cover the cost of the repair, the front desk was friendly and welcoming and the site had wi-fi. So far so good. They had advised me the repair should take about 1 - 1 1/2 hours so I sat back and relaxed. After 2 hours .. I asked if my car was almost ready and Jeff (manager) advised they were taking a bit longer than normal. Hey .. no issue! I'd rather you do a good job than rush. 3 hours later I'm told my car is ready however ... this is where my experience started to go south. Jeff was honest and told me when they were doing the repairs they made a mistake when placing the windshield. The windshield slipped and damaged the dashboard. I've attached some photos but it's hard to see the cuts, scratches and divots left after the repair. He told me that the shop would replace the dashboard but would take some time to get the part in. No problem. After 2 weeks and a series of texts, we arranged a time and date for me to bring my car in. Jeff mentioned the repair would take a full day (no problem) so I left my car the night before so they could have the full day to do the repair. When Jeff let me know the car was ready via text, I asked how the repairs went ... and he said "everything went great, I hope you're happy with the results!" .... fast forward to when I go to pick up my car ... MORE DAMAGES. Not only was the dashboard not replaced, they somehow managed to chip the speaker on the dashboard AND they damaged the side panelling on both the right and left windshield panels. I immediately texted Jeff asking what happened? Why would you tell me the car looks great when there's clearly more damage than before, AND the dashboard wasn't replaced. He said they were simply fixing the dashboard, not replacing it and that he did not know what happened because he was out of the shop for the day. He said "the car is supposed to be inspected before being given back to the customer ... please give me a chance to get to the bottom of this." Fast forward to A MONTH LATER ... no calls, no follow up, no explanation ... NOTHING. At this point, even if they offered to replace the panel I would not take my car back. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE management. I get mistakes happen sometimes. That's life. If you make a mistake, and say you will fix it, be a man of your word and do the job. In conclusion ... if you're reading this and still want to take the chance with this shop ... be my guest. You've been warned.

Came to replace my windshield due to a large crack. They ended up installing a defective one. Came back did it again, second one also defective. All in all finally the fourth one they installed did the trick. Messed up the trim around the windshield on the inside. The panel has tears in it, the side beam upholstery also has some damage.

Other than being fast I have nothing else positive to say about this place. Take before video or photos of your paint around the front windshield or inspect after installation. I ran out in a hurry and didn't inspect until after I got home. Noticed damage to the paint around the glass. Most like done when prying put the old windshield. The windshield that they installed left gaps in the two bottom corners and the glass. If you baby your car than I highly don't recommend this place. Not going to try and fight for a discount or whatever just won't give them business again or recommend to anyone. Only decided to come here due to all the positive reviews. Maybe I got lucky with a novice installer. First Edit: not even a month after replacementy window is chipped. Since I am uploading a photo of the chip I'll also attach a couple photos of the damage done during install (some of the chips are hard to get a picture of but I included a couple of the worst ones.

In March 2017, I was in this location to change my broken windshield; I was trapped lost my hard earned money and below tips might help you to find faithful business in this field. 1) Never let start the work until you finalize insurance and payable amount 2) Make sure quality of glass before you commit 3) Ask insurance approval fax copy before you make payment These people are very nice until you ask the details of the insurance 1) They have changed my windshield before I was clear on insurance and payable amount 2) I insisted to get insurance approval fax before I pay; they were approved for $280 after $500 deductible 3) They hide insurance approval from me and asked me to pay additional $100 which is $280+100=$380! If you pay cash the same glass can be changed just for $259.99. 4) Most of the insurance providers they approve about $800 and these people makes even more money if the deductible is less. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING IF YOU ARE CLAIMING INSURANCE. 5) Deal staff Amani & her boss carefully as they lie on face and greedy. If there is an option I would have given 0 rating. AVOID!!! Previously wrote a review on here saying how great the service and experience was. I should have waited to write the review as the next day I discovered damage to my car caused by Auto glass pro changing my windshield. Called the owner about it who was friendly enough and said for me to come back in and they'll take care of it. Fair enough give them a chance to fix the mistake they made. No issue with that at all. Take my car in, one of the other employees was told to check out the damage done to my car. He has a look at it realised the damage done was very obvious and then tried to lie. I told the employee I did not appreciate the lie and the hassle it was now becoming to get my windshield replaced. Long story short it took three journeys, a lying employee and a reluctant owner to fix the damage that was done. The attitude I received from the owner on my final visit was one of sarcasm and a 'its ok if we damage your car, we will just fix it." This is not the way to operate a business guys. you've now lost yourself a five star review which this previously was before I discovered the truth.

I am not satisfy with their work. They replaced my windshield glass and the windshield blade was touching the side frame plastic of my vehicle. The bottom plastic attachment was glued unprofessionally . Not recommended.

Wont repair simple polyurethane ...instead wants to get more money out of you to replace the whole glass 😂 ok 👍

Worst experience so far. They chiped paint on my Caravan on 6 places (looks like made some tool they used to take out old or put new windshield) and they havent said thing to me anything. I was in hurry and i havent noticed it right away, but next day. Chiped paint is around 5mm circles. Two places above windshield where covered by tape and they told me not to remove tape for 24 hours, I dont know who is writing these rewives, i went there because they had good ones, dont make same mistake i did.

Horrible Customer Service! I took my car in to fix a stone chip about the size of nickel. Technician said chip could be fixed easily. When I went to inspect work the technician smoked a cigarette while explaining his work. I am allergic to smoke. When I talked to Customer Service Rep about the smoking she ordered the technician into the customer area where I was seated. She berated him in front of me. Yelling at him in another language. He got defensive and started yelling at me saying he was on his break. She then apologized and said the yelling is cultural because he is from Iran and this is the way they do things. Beyond her poor handling of her employee the chip looked exactly the same when I first brought it in. The rep said they could not guarantee the crack would be invisible. So now I have a windshield with a very noticeable crack that wrecks the look of my car. I spoke with another Windshield repair place. They said once the resin has been inserted they could not repair the shoddy work. I will now have to replace the entire windshield at a much higher price or live with the ugly chip.
